Since the essential feature of a phone is to talk and all the others are just enhancements, if a mobile phone serves the basic purpose of talking it is said to serve its purpose. This facility is made available by the mobile brands today which have handsets designed for the sole purpose of talking. A few such models are Nokia 1202, Nokia 1203, Sony Ericsson J132, Sony Ericsson J120i, Samsung B100i, Samsung E1100, Samsung E1070 etc. Apart from basic features like ear phone facility, FM, Speaker and phone memory, these models do not support enhancements or other modern likeability’s that other costly phones offer.
